Tracking activitities

On the Activities page, you are provided with an overview of events and activities.

1. Activity Chart: Displays the number of events in a specified period. You can specify the time period in the Activity Filter
2. Event details: Displays the following:
   • The username
   • The Event Sources, or how the action was taken, such as on a mobile, or through the web application
   • The Event Type or what action was taken, such as a deletion
   • The Module affected, such as the User or Assets module
   • The time the event took place.
3. Export: Exports the current view to a spreadsheet.
4. Reset: Resets the Activity Filter
5. Filter: Enables you to filter the Activities feed by: 
   1. Begin Date and End Date: Determines the start and end date of the Activities feed.
   2. Event Sources
   3. Event Types
   4. Modules

Filter	Filter Name	Details
Event Sources	API1	Oomnitza internal API version 1.
	API2	Oomnitza internal API version 2.
	API3	Oomnitza internal API version 3, which is the current version.
	Connector	Refers to an integration action, such as: A basic integration that was completed using the Oomnitza local connector on GitHub. A SaaS Management or extended integration that was completed using the Integration feature in Oomnitza. An import of object records, such as assets, that was completed using the Import feature.
	Mobile	The action was performed using a mobile device.
	Plugin	The action was performed using a plugin.
	WebUI	The action was performed using the Web UI.
	Workflow	The action was performed using a workflow.
Event Types	Create	Refers to an object being created or imported, such as a new location or asset.
	Delete	Refers to an object that was deleted.
	Login	Refers to a user that has logged in.
	Modify	Refers to an object that was edited.
	Restore	Refers to a field that was initially archived, but then later restored. You can restore an archived field by clicking Restore.
	Failed login	Refers to a user that failed to log in.
Modules	Assets	Refers to changes made to an asset in Assets
	Auth	Refers to a user that has logged in.
	Contracts	Refers to changes made to a contract in the Contracts
	Field	Refers to changes made to a field in Configuration > Data model
	Global Setting	Refers to changes made to a global setting in Configuration > General > Global settings
	Location	Refers to changes made to a location in Locations
	Permission	Refers to changes made in the Permission tab located in Configuration > Security > Roles
	Roles	Refers to changes made to Configuration > Security > Role
	Software	Refers to changes made in Software > Software
	User	Refers to changes made in People.
	SaaS	Refers to changes made in Software > Saas
Global	Saved Search	Refers to changes made to the saved search. The object (such as Accessories) used to create the saved search is also listed in the log.
	Dashboard	Refers to changes made to the Dashboard in the UI. The object (such as Accessories) used to create the dashboard is also listed in the log.
	Export	Refers to an export made across any object. The log also lists: The object that is exported, such as Users or Accessories  The total records extracted
