Granting permissions to users to make requests

Configure the permissions for user roles so that users can access the Request Portal and make requests.

1. Navigate to Configuration > Security > Roles
2. Select a role from the list.
3. Click Permissions.
4. Scroll down to the Request section and grant write access to the Request Portal

Result
The users you granted access to can click Request Portal > Portal and make a request for the offerings that are available to them.
