Using the Update Child Records block

Oomnitza's Update Child workflow block allows you to apply fields from a Parent Object to All Objects that are linked to that object as children. This allows for the creation of workflows that, for example, enforce the Assignment or Location of a parent object to all its child objects.

Name: The name of the block as it appears in the workflow sandbox. 

Fields:  The fields to apply from the Parent Asset to the Child Assets.

This specifically applies to Oomnitza's Parent/Child Object functionality, as seen from the "Child Assets" tab of an individual object, as seen below. If you're looking to pull details into an asset based on it's assigned to user or other related field, consider using the Relational Update Workflow Block.
