Edit Assets

1. Navigate to the Asset window
2. Select the Asset you would like to edit

In the Popup window you can edit any field you would like and hit Save. (Red fields are Mandatory, which means they need to be filled out before saving)

Once you have made the appropriate edits, click save to stay in asset view, or click save and close to return to the Assets homepage.

Workflow Alerts

Often edits to assets can set off workflows in an Oomnitza system. If edits made to an asset will trigger a workflow a fire emblem will appear on the Save and Save and close button as well as a notification to let users know how many workflows will be triggered as a result of the edits (shown below).
