Add Assets in Oomnitza to Tickets in Zendesk

Select any Asset and choose the  Tickets Tab once in asset view

This will bring you to the  Tickets section, this area will display any existing tickets the asset has been attached to. You can also add assets to existing Zendesk tickets in this popup

Step 1: To start to add a asset to Zendesk begin by clicking the “+Add Ticket” link in the bottom left hand corner in the pop up.

Step 2: In the search bar in the top left hand type in the Zendesk ticket number and press enter to search this will display a drop down menu showing tickets that have a similar Ticket #.

Once you click on the link the asset will display on the ticket
