You can pause or deactivate your integrations and reactivate them again whenever you want without the need to enter all the data required for integration from scratch.
Deactivate a Service Desk, SaaS Management or SSO integration
To deactivate a Service Desk, SaaS Management or SSO integration in Oomnitza, complete the following steps:
- From the menu, select Configuration>Integrations>Overview.
- Scroll down to integration, and click a tile.
- Click Switch Off to turn off the integration in Oomnitza.
Result: Now the integration is deactivated and the label displaying the status on the integration details page should read Inactive. In addition, the line at the bottom of the tile should have changed from green to grey to indicate that it is deactivated.
Pausing an extended integration
To deactivate an extended integration in Oomnitza, complete the following steps:
- From the menu, select Configuration>Integrations>Overview.
- Scroll down to an extended integration and click a tile.
- Click Pause to turn off the integration in Oomnitza.
Result: Now the integration is deactivated and the label displaying the status on the integration details page should read Pause. In addition, the line at the bottom of the tile should have changed from green to orange to indicate that it is paused.
