Ahoy! Welcome to Oomnitza! We're thrilled to have you aboard. This article will guide you through Oomnitza's onboarding process and will introduce you to Oomnitza. We have a lot of functions and a lot of customizability, and we want to make sure you're empowered to take advantage of everything.
If you've already begun working with your implementation manager, this guide will act as a fantastic companion, giving you the opportunity to review the content you're going over with our team.
If you haven't begun your implementation, then this will give you a sense of what's to come, and hopefully give you the opportunity to hit the ground running and enter your training sessions already familiar with Oomnitza.
At Oomnitza, we custom tailor our implementation process to suit each of our customers; however, they all bear certain similarities. We'll cover the basic outline below, and provide resources in case you want to go more in depth.
The Login Page: How to access Oomnitza
Your Oomnitza Domain
When you begin with Oomnitza, you'll be granted a specific login URL that corresponds to your Oomnitza instance. We typically use <your organization's name>.oomnitza.com, however, this will vary to a certain degree based on punctuation and available domains. If you already have an account, you can log in from this page using your username and password in the appropriate fields, as seen below.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Many organizations using Oomnitza will integrate with common SSO solutions, such as Google Auth, OneLogin, or Okta. Some organizations will opt to disable the standard log in entirely, in favor of SSO.
The final option from this page is the "Forgot your password" link, which will prompt you to enter your username/email and fulfill a captcha in order to set a new password. If you run into any problems logging in, and find yourself unable to reset your password, don't hesitate to reach out to your Oomnitza Administrator, or to Oomnitza support for help.
Now that you've successfully logged in to your Oomnitza account, you're probably excited to start learning. If you're brand new, we recommend following our getting started articles in the order they're presented. We'll be going over assets next. If you feel comfortable or are looking something specific, feel free to take a look through our full help center.
