Oomnitza maintains a record of all actions taken by a workflow, making it easy to identify which objects were affected by a workflow, and whether or not a workflow succeeded.
To access the history of a given workflow, navigate to that workflow and select history in the upper right. From here you'll be able to see a list of objects updated by that workflow.
Run ID: A static field that identifies the workflow run for a given action.
User: The user who initiated or triggered the workflow. For scheduled workflows, this is the creator of the workflow.
Started at: The time the action began.
Ended at: The time the action completed.
Process Status: The status of the update, such as "Started" or "Done"
Object: The ID of the processed Object, and a link to that object.
Note: Making modifications to a workflow will clear the history for that workflow.
