For the integration with Oomnitza, create a dedicated user account.
WebCheckout uses Session-Based authentication and requires your WebCheckout username, password, and full URL (for example, https://company.webcheckout.net) to be added to Oomnitza.

Adding your credentials
To stream WebCheckout data into Oomnitza, add the credentials that you obtained to Oomnitza:
- In Oomnitza, click Configuration > Security > Credentials.
- Click Add new credential (+).
- Search for the integration, and then click the forward button > to select the integration.
- Enter your session-based credentials and any other additional information.
- Click CREATE.

If the integration is not listed, click Advanced Mode, and add your credentials.
- Add the information details.
- Click the AUTHORIZATION tab.
- Ensure that Session Based is selected from the Authorization Type list.
- Ensure that WebCheckout is selected from the SaaS list.
- Enter your WebCheckout username, password, and full URL (for example,
https://company.webcheckout.net). - Click CREATE.
Adding the Webcheckout domain name as a global variable
To save time entering information when you create the integration and workflows, you can add the WebCheckout domain name as a global variable in Oomnitza.
- From the menu, go to Configuration>General.
- Click Global Settings.
- Click Add new variable (+).
- Enter WebCheckout.DomainName as the variable name.
- Enter your WebCheckout domain name, such as
https://company.webcheckout.net.You need to provide the leadinghttps://as this is not automatically prepended. - Save your changes.
