Zendesk tickets that are associated with an Oomnitza asset are displayed in the Tickets tab in Oomnitza.
You can also manually associate Zendesk tickets with Oomnitza assets by completing the following steps:
- In the Assets module, select an Asset record from the list.
- Select the Tickets tab.
- Select Add(+) and enter your Zendesk ticket number.
- Click Add(+) again to link the ticket to the asset.
You should now be able to open the Zendesk ticket from your Oomnitza asset. You can remove the association at any time by selecting the bin icon.
