Best practice
For the integration with Oomnitza, create a dedicated user account.
Samsung Knox uses OAuth authentication and requires your Client ID, Tenant ID, and Secret to be added to Oomnitza. To obtain this information, you must first create an OAuth client in the Admin Portal UI of the Knox Manage.
For information on generating your credentials, see Samsung Knox Developer Documentation: Create a Client.
When adding your credentials, you will also need to supply your full API URL for your region, beginning with https:// and ending in .com. For instance, in the format:
https://ap01.manage.samsungknox.com
For information on supported API URLs for your region, see Samsung Knox Developer Documentation: Access to the API.

- Click CREATE.
- In the INFORMATION tab, add a name for the connection and choose an owner. The owner must have been added to the People page in Oomnitza.
- In the AUTHORIZATION tab, complete these actions:
- Ensure that OAuth 2.0 is selected as the Authorization type.
- Ensure that Samsung Knox is selected from the SaaS list.
- Enter your credentials and API URL.
