Adding your Qualtrics credentials to Oomnitza

To stream Qualtrics data into Oomnitza, you must add your Qualtrics Client ID and Secret to the credentials vault in Oomnitza.

About Qualtrics Client ID and Secret

• Select your profile from the menu and go to Account Settings.
• In the Qualtrics ID tab, select OAuth Client Manager.
• Select your scopes from the list. 
• Choose Client Credentials as the Grant Type.
• Supply the following redirect URL: https://generic-oauth2-proxy.oomnitza.com/oauth2/redirect_urlfor integration with Oomnitza.

Qualtrics URL

When you create your credentials, you will be asked to supply your Qualtrics URL. Your URL will be in the format https://{datacenterid}.qualtrics.com, where {datacenterid} is a specific datacenter assigned to you based on your location.

You can find your datacenter ID information in the User table under Account Settings>Qualtrics ID > ID.

Scopes

When you create your credentials you need to enter a space-separated list of scopes for example read:users write:users manage:users.

Add credentials to the vault in Oomnitza

To add your Qualtrics credentials to Oomnitza, complete these steps:

Make life easier and add your credentials to Oomnitza before you create the integration.  

1. In Oomnitza, click Configuration > Security > Credentials.
2. Click Add new credential (+).
3. Search for the integration, and then click the forward arrow > to select the integration.
4. Enter your client credentials and any other additional information.
5. Click Authenticate. You are prompted to log in to authorize your request.
6. Click CREATE.

1. Add the information details.
2. Click the AUTHORIZATION tab.
3. Ensure that OAuth 2.0 is selected as the Authorization type.
4. Ensure that Qualtrics is selected from the SaaS list.
5. Enter your Qualtrics information.
6. Click Authenticate. 
7. Click CREATE.
