Adding your Lattice credentials to Oomnitza

To stream Lattice data into Oomnitza, you must add your Lattice API key to the credentials vault in Oomnitza.

Getting your Lattice API Key

You can view and manage your API keys in the Lattice admin dashboard. 

To access the area to create and manage your API keys navigate to Admin > Settings > API Keys.  Make sure the person creating the keys is a super admin in your Lattice account.  To create one, simply click Generate API Key on the upper right of the screen.

Once you create your API key, be sure to keep it safe, and remember that this is the only time this API key will be shown to you. For further information, refer to Lattice API Documentation: Lattice's Public API.

Adding the credentials

To add your Lattice API key to Oomnitza, complete these steps:

1. In Oomnitza, click Configuration > Security > Credentials.
2. Click Add new credential (+).
3. Search for the integration, and then click the forward button > to select the integration.
4. Add your API key.
5. Click Create.

Integration not in the list? Click Advanced Mode and complete these steps:

1. Add the information details.
2. Click the AUTHORIZATION tab.
3. Ensure that API Key is selected as the Authorization type.
4. Ensure that the Token Name is Authorization 
5. Enter "Bearer" followed by a space and the API Key. For example,Bearer aefgd-adw3n-jknadd78l1kjndc.
6. Ensure that Add to Header is selected.
7. Click CREATE. 

You use the credentials that you added to create and customize your Lattice integrations with Oomnitza.
