For the integration with Oomnitza, create a dedicated user account.
Prerequisites
Client ID, Secret and Customer ID
Citrix uses OAuth 2.0 authentication and requires your Client ID, Secret and Customer ID to be added to Oomnitza. To obtain this information, complete the following steps:
- Log in to Citrix Cloud or create a free trial account.
- In the Citrix Cloud console, click the menu in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Select Identity and Access Management
- Select the API Access tab.
- Name your Secure Client, and click Create Client. Download or copy the Client Id and Secret and store them securely.
- Take note of the customer ID in the description above the Create Client button before you leave the screen.

Citrix Cloud Account URL Domain
When adding the credentials to Oomnitza you will also need to supply your URL Domain. Enter one of the URL Domains from the below table, depending on the geographical region you selected when you created your account:

Adding your credentials
To stream Citrix data into Oomnitza, add the credentials that you obtained to Oomnitza:
- In Oomnitza, click Configuration > Security > Credentials.
- Click Add new credential (+).
- Search for the integration, and then click the forward arrow > to select the integration.
- Enter your client credentials and any other additional information.
- Click Authenticate. You are prompted to log in to authorize your request.
- Click CREATE.
- Add the information details.
- Click the AUTHORIZATION tab.
- Ensure that OAuth 2.0 is selected as the Authorization type.
- Ensure that Citrix is selected from the SaaS list.
- Enter the details you obtained in the previous steps.
- Click Authenticate.
- Click CREATE.
Adding your XenMobile Hostname and Port number as a global variable
To save time entering information when you create the integration and the workflow, you can add your XenMobile Server hostname and port number as a global variable as a global variable in Oomnitza.
- From the menu,go to Configuration>General.
- ClickGlobal Settings.
- Click Add new variable (+).
- Enter Citrix.Hostname as the variable key.
- Enter your Hostname as the value.
- Save your changes.
- Repeat the steps above to add Citrix.Port variable key and enter your Port number as the value.
You use the credentials that you added to create and customize your integrations with Oomnitza.
