For the integration with Oomnitza, create a dedicated user account.
Prerequisites
Client ID and Secret
TeamViewer uses OAuth 2.0 authentication and requires your Client ID and Secret to be added to Oomnitza. To obtain this information, complete the following steps:
- Log in to TeamViewer or create a free trial account.
- Select your profile in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Click Edit Profile
- In the Profile Settings menu, select Apps
- Click Create App.
- Select all User Management, Account Management and Computers & Contracts permissions.
- Set the Redirect URI to
https://generic-oauth2-proxy.oomnitza.com/oauth2/redirect_url - Click Create
- Select your app from the list and copy your Client ID and Secret for the next step.

Adding your credentials
To stream TeamViewer data into Oomnitza, add the credentials that you obtained to Oomnitza:
- In Oomnitza, click Configuration > Security > Credentials.
- Click Add new credential (+).
- Search for the integration, and then click the forward arrow > to select the integration.
- Enter your client credentials and any other additional information.
- Click Authenticate. You are prompted to log in to authorize your request.
- Click CREATE.
- Add the information details.
- Click the AUTHORIZATION tab.
- Ensure that OAuth 2.0 is selected as the Authorization type.
- Ensure that TeamViewer is selected from the SaaS list.
- Enter the details you obtained in the previous steps.
- Click Authenticate.
- Click CREATE.
