For the integration with Oomnitza, create a dedicated user account.
OneLogin uses OAuth authentication and requires your Client ID, Secret, and Region to be added to Oomnitza.
Client ID and Secret
To obtain a Client ID and Secret, complete the following steps:
- Login or create a OneLogin trial account.
- Go to Developers > API Credentials.
- Click New Credential in the upper right.
- Select Manage All or Manage Users to read and write objects or users.
- Click Save.
Tip
Don't forget to keep a copy of your client secret.
Region
Your region can either be us or eu.

Add credentials to the vault in Oomnitza
To authorize connections between Oomnitza and OneLogin, complete these steps:
- In Oomnitza, click Configuration > Security > Credentials.
- Click Add new credential (+).
- Search for the integration, and then click the forward arrow > to select the integration.
- Enter your client credentials and any other additional information.
- Click Authenticate. You are prompted to log in to authorize your request.
- Click CREATE.
- Add the information details.
- Click the AUTHORIZATION tab.
- Ensure that OAuth 2.0 is selected as the Authorization type.
- Ensure that OneLogin is selected from the SaaS list.
- Enter your Client ID, Client Secret and Region.
- Click Authenticate. If you receive a Something went wrong error, change your region, as you may have the wrong location.
- Once you see the Authorized tick, click Create.
