Manage, maintain, and review key information about your organization's SaaS and desktop software. Use the information that is ingested to create workflows that automate business processes.
You can create workflows to deactivate and delete SaaS user records, retrieve the SaaS user's role, and unsubscribe employees from SaaS subscriptions and licenses for desktop software when they leave. You can also, when employees onboard, assign SaaS systems and desktop software licenses to employees.
Information about your SaaS systems is automatically ingested when you create a management integration with your SaaS identity provider (IdP). Information about your desktop software, if available, is ingested when Oomnitza's extended and basic integrations sync with vendor applications. If you can't sync with a vendor application, you can import records or add records manually.
Click Oomnitza help center, and type assets and software integrations as the search criteria. Check out the integrations that retrieve asset and software information.
Click Software and view the SaaS or desktop software.
