Review and manage the information that is collected about contract records. You can add contracts to software, assign users to contracts, and add workflows to update information.
You add contracts to monitor the total budgeted spend for SaaS and desktop applications. You can also capture the budgeted costs of other contracts by creating regular contracts.
You can configure the information so that you see the information that is important to you.
Click Contracts and then click the contract record.
To find out more about contracts and complete actions such as running workflows, adding contracts, and assigning users and rules to contracts select a record and click one of the following pages:

- License Keys (contracts for Desktop software only)
- Users (contracts for SaaS applications only)

Tip
To filter the contracts, you can create a search. Add contract type as the search criteria and select the type of contract. If you want to review SaaS contracts, you select SaaS Contract - Enterprise as the contract type.
Actions available on all pages
Click the Actions menu
and select an option.

To make the information more consumable, You can group information into sections and pick the fields that you want to add to each section. You can also add rules to hide or show fields. For example, you might want to hide fields that have no values. |

Record navigation
Use the down arrow to go to the next record and use the up arrow
to go to the previous record.
Information page
The Information actions are available In the upper-right corner of the page under the Get help icon.

Refresh the information that is shown on the page. |

Shows a summary of the information that is collected for the record. |
Budgeted Costs page
The max number of budgeted line items that you can add is 50.
The max number of line items for variable tiered type costs that you can add is 10.
If you need to add more, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Click Add to enter the budgeted line items for the contract.
The Budgeted Costs actions are available In the upper-right corner of the page under Get help.
Usage
Enter the usage stats for the budgeted line items.
License Keys (Desktop software only)
The License keys actions are available In the upper-right corner of the page under Get help.

Switch to block view. In block view, each media file is shown as a tile. You can click the actions menu on the tile to set the image as the display photo, download the media file, or delete the file. Click on the thumbnail to preview it. |
History
The Export action is available In the upper-right corner of the page under Get help. And the Filter action is to the left of quick search.
