The Schedule Report workflow block captures and stores specific records based on the criteria set in the Begin block. When the period that you define in the Schedule Report block is reached, all the stored records are sent in a spreadsheet as an email attachment.
When does the report run?
The delivery frequency of the report hinges on the schedule set in the Scheduled Report block. The reports are scheduled to be delivered at a fixed time of 9 am UTC.
Which records are fetched in the report?
The specific records that appear in your report depend on the parameters set in the Begin block. For example, this might include new, updated, or archived records, as well as any that align with a particular rule criterion (if one has been specified).
If my workflow runs several times a week, but my report is scheduled to be sent weekly, how will the report be compiled?
The report consolidates data matching the criteria from the Begin block each time the workflow is run. For instance, if it's set to retrieve new records and runs on both Monday and Thursday, the report will include records from both days.
When a record experiences multiple updates, such as a status change, only the latest alteration appears in the report. This is because the report captures the record's exact state at the moment of dispatch.
How is the information presented in the report?
The fields that you select in the Scheduled Report block determine how the report is presented.

Any adjustments or changes made to values in the block, such as updating the name, or adding another email or field, will initiate the dispatch of a distinct report or email attachment. However, if the changes are reverted or a duplicate workflow exists, this information is consolidated into a single report.
Schedule Report fields
Name: The name of the block, and of the report. Oomnitza recommends using a descriptive name so it's easy to identify the report when users receive it.
Recipient Email: The email addresses of the user or users who should receive this report.
Reports Schedule: The frequency at which this report should be sent.
Fields in the report: Allows the user to select the fields they wish to be included in the spreadsheet.
Add Header with more details: Adds a header to the generated report.
Group by: Groups rows that have the same values into summary rows.
