To execute LogicMonitor integrations and workflows, you are required to add your token key as a global variable in Oomnitza. This step is necessary because the token needs to be Base64 encoded and include a timestamp (no older than 30 minutes) each time the request is sent. By adding the token key as a global variable in Oomnitza, you enable the integration to access and utilize the LogicMonitor API effectively.
- From the menu, go to Configuration>General> Global Settings.
- Click Add new variable (+).
- Enter LogicMonitor.Token Key as the variable key
- Enter your LMv1 token.
- Click SAVE.
- Repeat the steps above to also add the following LogicMonitor.Account Name. Your account name is taken from the subdomain portion of your LogicMonitor URL. For example, if your LogicMonitor URL is
https://mycompany.logicmonitor.com, your account name ismycompany
