The Packages page provides a central location to create, manage, and review key information for all of your packages.
You can use this information to create workflows that automate business processes, such as triggering updates to packages and monitoring the status of a migration.
Click Migration > Packages to get started. Your packages will be automatically added to this page when you download them from the Store. Alternatively, you can use this page to create your own packages.
You can create workflows to get actionable insights and automate tasks. For example, you can create workflows that:
- Send notifications to administrators when a package has been created, migrated, or modified.
- Alert administrators whenever there's a status change.
- Update the package category, status, or other information automatically.
- Update the status of a package when it is migrated to a new environment.
- Alert administrators when a package migration fails.
- Creates a report on the usage of all packages.
You can also create dashboards to monitor the current status of packages and their usage. This can help you track the progress of your migrations and identify any potential problems.
Tip
As soon as your package is created, create a workflow that alerts you once the package has been transferred to your live environment. This provides you with full control and visibility over the migration procedure. See Tutorial: Creating a package migration workflow
