The following diagram illustrates the flow of a webhook process that synchronizes data in Jira with Oomnitza.
The webhook is triggered when an offboarding ticket is created in Jira. The webhook sends the ticket information from Jira to Oomnitza. The ticketing information is then stored in a custom object record which triggers an offboarding workflow in Oomnitza.
