Setting the display for custom object dropdown lists

When you use custom objects to create dropdown lists, the values entered in the Name field for each object record serve as the options displayed in the dropdown list.

However, you are not limited to using the Name field for display purposes. You can choose other short text fields to be displayed in the dropdown list instead. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Click Configuration > Data Model > Objects.
2. Select the object from the list.
3. In the Object records labels row, select the name and subtitle. 
4. Save your changes.
