Deleting searches

Delete searches that are no longer used.

Before you start

You must remove references to shared searches that are used to perform system actions before you delete them. For example, if the shared search is used to generate dashboard charts, generate subscription reports, trigger workflows, or restrict role access to data, remove all references to the search before you try to delete the search.

Procedure 

1. Click an object such as People.
2. Select a search from the List of saved searches .
3. Click Delete saved search .
4. Click Confirm.

Result

The search is deleted.
