Adding your BILL credentials to Oomnitza

For the integration with Oomnitza, create a dedicated user account.

To integrate with BILL, you need to add the following information to Oomnitza:

• API Base URL: Enter either https://api-sandbox.bill.com or https://api.bill.com
• Developer Key: Your developer key is used to uniquely identify your developer account in your API requests.
• Organization ID: Your BILL sandbox developer account represents your organization in BILL. The organization ID is a unique alphanumeric value that begins with 008.
• Password: Your password is used to sign in to your BILL sandbox developer account. Alternatively, you can generate a token and enter the value here. 
• Username: Your username is the email address used to sign in to your BILL sandbox developer account. Alternatively, you can generate a token and enter the token name here.

Adding your credentials

To stream BILL data into Oomnitza, add the credentials that you obtained to Oomnitza:

1. In Oomnitza, click Configuration > Security > Credentials.
2. Click Add new credential (+).
3. Search for the integration, and then click the forward button > to select the integration.
4. Enter your session-based credentials and any other additional information.
5. Click CREATE.

If the integration is not listed, click Advanced Mode, and add your credentials.

1. Add the information details.
2. Click the AUTHORIZATION tab.
3. Ensure that Session Based is selected from the Authorization Type list.
4. Ensure that Bill.com is selected from the SaaS list.
5. Enter your details. 
6. Click CREATE.
