To configure DRA in AWS, you will need the external ID, principal ARN, and the role name that you retrieve from Oomnitza.
- Log into Oomnitza.
- Click Configuration.
- Click Security > Credentials.
- Click Add
.
- Click Advanced mode and then click the AUTHORIZATION tab.
- From the Authorization type list, select AWS Direct Role Assumption.
- Click the icon
next to the following fields and copy the values for:
- The External ID
- The Principal ARN
- The Role Naming Format
- Close without saving the record. You will create the DRA credentials record in Oomnitza later after you configure DRA in AWS and retrieve the required information from AWS such as the Role ARN.
Important
You will need this these values when you configure DRA in AWS.
