What Rahi needs from you:
To configure the integration, Rahi requires a few key pieces of information to get it set up.
- Oomnitza Endpoint URL (e.g. rahi.oomnitza.com)
- Client API token (See Below)
Steps below take place after customers work with Oomnitza to create an environment for that customer/company.
Generate a token
Create a dedicated user for each integration and use that account to log into Oomnitza and generate the token. This makes it easier to troubleshoot. And, it prevents access issues. For example, if the account is tied to an employee account, and the employee leaves your organization.
To generate an API token in Oomnitza:
- Click Configuration > Security > API Token.
- Click Add New.
- Enter the name of the token.
- Click Submit.
Result
Your API token is generated. Make sure you copy the token and store it in a secure place.
