Let Oomnitza be your single source of truth!
Lucidchart is a popular web-based diagramming and visual communication tool. It provides a user-friendly interface for creating, editing and sharing a wide range of diagrams, including flowcharts, process maps, mind maps, org charts, wireframes, and more.
The Lucidchart User Load uses the List Users API. For further information, see Lucid Developer Docs: List Users.
You'll get complete visibility of your users as data from Lucidchart Account is automatically transformed into consumable information and actionable insights.

Note
Registering a new application requires Team Admin permissions for the Lucid account.
API scopes
When adding your Client ID and Secret to Oomnitza, you will need to supply the following scopes: account.user offline_access.
If you plan to create a workflow using the LucidChart Account Transfer Content present, you should also add the account.user.transfercontentscope.
API version
When you create the user integration, you'll need to supply your API version. Enter the value 1, which represents the latest version of the API at the time of writing. Refer to the Lucid Developer Docs: List Users API documentation for the latest version information.

Creating workflows
To create a workflow, you must complete these steps:
- Click Configuration > Workflows and click Add (+).
- Select an object from the list. The object you choose will determine the destination of the workflow's response data and the data that will trigger the workflow. For instance, if you select a People workflow, user-related information will be used as the trigger for the workflow, and the response data will be sent to the People page.
- Next, edit the Begin Block and add rules to trigger the workflow. For example, in a People workflow, you can set the Actions to Schedule and add a rule such as Email Equals <EmployeeEmail> to fetch a user matching a specific email at a designated time. For detailed instructions, refer to the documentation on Using the Begin block.
- Drag and drop the API block onto the Sandbox.
- Click Edit on the API block and enter LucidChart in the search field.
- Select a preset from the list below. To choose a preset, click the forward arrow (>).
- Select the credentials that you created earlier.
- Enter any mandatory information when prompted.
- Select Advanced Mode.
-
Select the Response tab. You can map the entire response by placing
{{response}}in the Response field and mapping it to a custom long text Oomnitza field, such as API Response. Once you have the entire response, you can then parse the JSON response values to custom Oomnitza fields, as per the example below. - Connect the Blocks.
- Save, validate, and activate your workflow.
Using the LucidChart Account Transfer Content preset
The LucidChart Account Transfer Content preset allows administrators with Enterprise licenses to transfer ownership of Lucid documents and objects from one user to another on the same account. The transfer includes documents, folders, custom shape libraries, and Lucidscale objects. After the transfer, the From User loses ownership, and both users receive email notifications.
The endpoint used in this preset has a rate limit of 30 requests per 5 seconds and the account.user.transfercontent scope is required to run this workflow. The preset does not delete or delicense the From User.

Using the LucidChart Account Create User preset
The LucidChart Account Create User preset allows administrators with Enterprise licenses to create a new user and add them to the authenticated account.
The preset itself does not perform the automatic assignment of licenses. The behavior of automatically assigning a user to a license in the preset depends on your account's auto-licensing settings.
Lucid Developer Docs: Create User
Using the LucidChart Account Get User Details preset
The LucidChart Account Get User Details preset retrieves information about the requested user. The requested user must be on to the authenticated account.
The user to be retrieved is referenced in the Advanced Mode > Information tab in the property{{LucidChart_user_id}}.
