Adding your DocuSign credentials to Oomnitza

For the integration with Oomnitza, create a dedicated user account.

Prerequisites

DocuSign uses OAuth 2.0 authentication. To stream DocuSign user data into Oomnitza, complete the following steps:

1. In Oomnitza, click Configuration > Security > Credentials.
2. Click Add new credential (+).
3. Search for the integration, and then click the forward arrow > to select the integration. 
4. Enter your client credentials and any other additional information.
5. Click Authenticate. You are prompted to log in to authorize your request.
6. Click CREATE.

1. Add the information details.
2. Click the AUTHORIZATION tab.
3. Ensure that OAuth 2.0 is selected as the Authorization type.
4. Ensure that DocuSign with API key is selected from the SaaS list.
5. The Scopes and Base URI for the DocuSign API is automatically populated.
6. Click Authenticate. 
7. Follow the prompts and enter your DocuSign credentials. Once you have entered your credentials correctly, click Allow Access.
8. Click Create. 

Scopes

We recommend that you use the following space-separated list of scopes: signature user_read account_read

If you are planning to create DocuSign workflows, you also need the user_writescope.
