For the integration with Oomnitza, create a dedicated user account.
Prerequisites
DocuSign uses OAuth 2.0 authentication. To stream DocuSign user data into Oomnitza, complete the following steps:
- In Oomnitza, click Configuration > Security > Credentials.
- Click Add new credential (+).
- Search for the integration, and then click the forward arrow > to select the integration.
- Enter your client credentials and any other additional information.
- Click Authenticate. You are prompted to log in to authorize your request.
- Click CREATE.
- Add the information details.
- Click the AUTHORIZATION tab.
- Ensure that OAuth 2.0 is selected as the Authorization type.
- Ensure that DocuSign with API key is selected from the SaaS list.
- The Scopes and Base URI for the DocuSign API is automatically populated.
- Click Authenticate.
- Follow the prompts and enter your DocuSign credentials. Once you have entered your credentials correctly, click Allow Access.
- Click Create.
Scopes
We recommend that you use the following space-separated list of scopes: signature user_read account_read
If you are planning to create DocuSign workflows, you also need the user_writescope.
