Use workflows to automate processes and enrich the data that you ingest from DocuSign.
You can create workflows:

- To retrieve SaaS user roles
- To get DocuSign SaaS users
- To delete SaaS users
Before you start, complete these tasks:
- Create the extended integration for DocuSign users.
- Add your DocuSign credentials to Oomnitza.
- Add the DocuSign API Account ID and Account Base URI as global variables.
Retrieving SaaS user roles
Use the SaaS User Role preset to retrieve the SaaS user’s role in DocuSign.
Run the extended user integration for DocuSign before you create the workflows.
- Click Configuration > Workflows
- Click Add (+) and select Software SaaS Users from the list.
- Enter the name and a description of the workflow.
- Edit the Begin block by adding the rules that will trigger the workflow.
- Click the Blocks tab, and drag and drop the SaaS User Role retrieval block onto the canvas.
- Click Edit

- Enter DocuSign in the search field and select the DocuSign User Role preset.
- Click the right arrow >.
- Enter your Credentials.
- Enter your Account Base URI and API Account ID. If you added these values as global variables, you can skip these steps. See Setting your DocuSign API Account ID and Account Base URI as a global variables.
- Select the Deactivate User checkbox to deactivate the SaaS user in SaaS > DocuSign > Users if they are not found in your DocuSign instance or if their status is Closed.
- Click SAVE.
- Connect the blocks.
- Validate, activate, and save your workflow.
To view DocuSign users in Oomnitza, complete the following steps:
- From the menu, click Software.
- Click DocuSign and open the Users tab.
The Role column will be populated with the user's role.

Deleting users
The DocuSign Delete User preset allows you to remove a user from DocuSign. Users are never deleted from an account, but closing a user prevents them from using the account. Only the parent user or an admin can delete another user.
Use the Delete User preset to delete inactive users that were found using the SaaS User Role preset.
- Click Configuration > Workflows
- Click Add (+) and select Software SaaS Users from the list.
- Enter the name of the workflow and a description.

Edit the Begin block by adding the rules that will trigger the workflow. Make sure the following sections are populated:
- Actions. Set the actions to schedule to have it run at a fixed time. Alternatively, you can trigger the workflow to run when a record has been created, Assign User, or deactivated in the SaaS user list Deactivate user.
- Rule criteria. Set a rule to trigger the workflow.
- Drag and drop the API block in the sandbox.
- Click Edit, and enter DocuSign as the search criteria.
- Click the right arrow next to DocuSign Delete User.
- Select the credentials that you created for DocuSign.
- Click SAVE.
Link the blocks together and validate, launch, and save the workflow. When the workflow is run, the user account is closed in DocuSign. See DocuSign - Delete.
