Use the information that is collected and analyzed to gain insights into SaaS usage and to help you more accurately calculate the number of licenses that you need.
Procedure
- From the menu, click Software.
- Click record for the SaaS application.
- Click Analysis.
Result
The following metrics are provided:
Last sync details
When the last SaaS user load or SaaS management integration was run and its status.
Usage
A chart is generated that shows the number of unique logins over the last 12 months.
Total users
A breakdown of the number of users of the SaaS application is provided, which includes the number of active users, the number of archived users, and so on.
Roles
A breakdown is provided of the number of users of the SaaS application by role.
SaaS user workflows
A list of the workflows that are associated with the SaaS application is provided.
Breakdown of budgeted costs
A table view of the top five contracts based upon the total budgeted cost that lists the total budgeted costs for each contract for each year over the last five years.
