To stream Dropbox user data into Oomnitza, you must add your Dropbox Client ID and Secret to Oomnitza.
To obtain your Client ID and Secret, you need to complete the following steps:
- Create an App on your Dropbox Account.
- Enable all access and name your app.
- Copy your App Key and Secret.
- Supply the following redirect URI:
https://generic-oauth2-proxy.oomnitza.com/oauth2/redirect_url

Choose from different scopes in the Permissions tab. At the very minimum, you should have the following scopes:
- account_info.write
- members.read - Required to run the Dropbox User Load.
- members.write - Required to run the Dropbox Deactivate User workflow.
- members.delete- Required to run the Dropbox Delete User workflow.

For the integration with Oomnitza, create a dedicated user account.

Add credentials to the vault in Oomnitza
- In Oomnitza, click Configuration > Security > Credentials.
- Click Add new credential (+).
- Search for the integration, and then click the forward button > to select the integration.
- Enter your client credentials and any other additional information.
- Click Authenticate. You are prompted to log in to authorize your request.
- Click CREATE.

If the integration is not listed, click Advanced Mode, and add your credentials.
- On the INFORMATION tab, complete these actions:
- Add the name of the credential such as Dropbox Users.
- Add the name of the owner.
- On the AUTHORIZATION tab, complete these actions:
- Ensure that OAuth 2.0 is selected as the Authorization type.
- Ensure that Dropbox is selected from the SaaS list.
- Enter your client ID and secret.
- Click Authenticate.
- Click CREATE.
