If you want to recover accessories from a user, complete the following steps:
- Click People.
- Open a user record.
- Click Accessories.
- Click Return All to return the accessories to the stockroom.
Tip
To automate the offboarding process, you can create a workflow and use the offboard accessories block to recover an accessory from a user.
You can also unassign an accessory from a user in the stockroom:
- Go to Stockrooms.
- Open the stockroom where the accessory is located.
- Click Accessories.
- Select New action .
- From the Action type dropdown, select Return.
- Add the name of the user to whom the accessory is assigned.
- Select the accessory from the list.
- Specify the number of accessories that you want to return.
- Click Return to complete the transaction.
Result
Returned accessories appear in the revised transaction count in the originating stockroom. You can also view returned accessories by opening the record on the People page. Select the accessory on the Accessories page to view the return history.
