Information is provided about the key attributes of accessories.

Field	Description
Category	The name of the accessory category such as keyboards.
SKU	Stock keeping unit (SKU) is a scannable barcode that is used to track stock levels.
Stockroom	Accessories can be distributed to one or more stockrooms.
Alternatives	You can provide alternative accessories that can be assigned to users if a selected accessory is not in stock.
Loan Only	Users can borrow the accessory. This attribute is presented as a checkbox in the accessory record and must be enabled to view loan only accessories from a stockroom. Before you can select the Loan Only checkbox, ensure that the Consumable checkbox is deactivated. When you assign a loan-only accessory to a user, a return date must be set.
Consumable	The accessory is disposable and can be assigned to users without expecting a return. This attribute is presented as a checkbox in the accessory record and must be enabled to view consumable accessories from a stockroom. Before you can select the Consumable checkbox, ensure that the Loan Only checkbox is deactivated. When you assign a consumable accessory from a stockroom, you do not need to specify a user as users are not required to return consumable accessories.
