Modifying licenses for enterprise contracts for desktop software

You can modify the license key value and the number of seats for each type of license key, and you can assign license keys to users.

Tip
Why not add a note to provide more information about the license key? For example, you can add the version of the software, the OS, or the type of software such as standard or professional edition.

Procedure

1. Click Contracts.
2. Open the contract.
3. Click License Keys.

You can complete the following actions:

Actions	Steps
Modify the number of seats	Click Edit . Enter the number. Click SAVE.
Change the license name	Click Edit . Enter the license name. The name must be unique. Click SAVE.
Add a note	Click Edit . Add a note. The max length is 256 characters. Click SAVE.
Add users	Click the drop-down arrow. Enter the user's name.
Copy	To copy the license key to the clipboard, click Copy license key .
