Before you start
Before you can create workflows with Oomnitza, you need to have added your Zscaler credentials to Oomnitza and set your subdomain as a global variable. We recommend that you also create an extended integration for Zscaler users. You can use the information retrieved in this integration to trigger workflows.

Create user workflows
To create a user workflow, you must complete these steps:
- Click Configuration > Workflows
- Click Add (+) and select People from the list.
- Drag and drop the API block onto the Sandbox.
- Click Edit on the API block and enter Zscaler in the search field.
- Select a preset:
- To choose a preset, click the forward arrow (>).
- Select the credentials that you created earlier.
- Enter any mandatory information when prompted.
- Select Advanced Mode.
- Select the Response tab. You can map the entire response by placing
{{response}}in the Response field and mapping it to a custom long text Oomnitza field, such as API Response. Once you have the entire response, you can then parse the JSON response values to custom Oomnitza fields, as per the example below. - Connect the Blocks.
- Save, validate, and activate your workflow.
Using the Create User preset
The Create User preset creates a Zscaler user.
You can also supply values using Jinja syntax, such as {{department_id}} or {{group_id}}. These values can be retrieved beforehand by running the user integration.
Note
A user can belong to multiple groups, but can only belong to one department.

Using the Update User preset
The Update User preset updates a specified user. You need to supply the ID of the user that you want to update. This can be entered manually or in the form of Jinja syntax, such as {{zscaler_user_id}}.
In addition to the user ID, you can also supply other values using Jinja syntax, such as {{department_id}} or {{group_id}}. These values can be retrieved beforehand by running the user integration.
Note
You cannot update the email address.

Using the Delete User preset
The Delete User preset deletes a specified user from Zscaler. You need to supply the ID of the user that you want to delete. This can be entered manually or in the form of Jinja syntax, such as {{zscaler_user_id}}.

Important
After making any changes, such as creating, updating, or deleting a user, remember to run the activate user preset to apply or enforce the changes.
The Activate Changes preset activates the saved confirmation changes. You do not need to supply any details to run this workflow.
