Adding accessories to stockrooms

In the stockroom, you specify the total number of new and used accessories that are in stock.

About adding accessories to stockrooms

To add accessories to stockrooms, you can choose one the following options:

• Catalog. To receive the accessories, you enter the name, category, or SKU of the accessory.
• Current stockroom. To receive accessories that were assigned to the stockroom when the accessory was added, you select the accessories. When accessories are assigned to stockrooms, the total number of the accessory is set to 0.
• Saved search.     

Procedure

1. Click Locations > Stockrooms.
2. Click the Stockroom record.
3. Click Accessories.
4. Click New Action .
5. Select Receive as the action type.
6. Select Current Stockroom as the data source.
7. Click Select Accessory .
8. Add the total number of new and used accessories. You can also type a note.
9. Click Add.
