Manage, maintain, and review key information for all the assets and accessories that you have added to stockrooms.
Click Locations > Stockrooms.
Use the information to create workflows that automate business processes such as triggering updates to records and provisioning users with assets and recovering assets and accessories when users leave your organization. You can create a stockroom workflow that notifies you when an accessory minimum or maximum stock limit is reached. And, you can create a workflow to track stockroom audits or monitor accessories that have been reassigned.
You can create dashboards:
- To monitor assets in stockrooms
- To monitor accessories in stockrooms
- To monitor the minimum and maximum limits for each accessory
- To monitor reorder amounts
- To review the point of contact information
