Mapping view page

Review, monitor, and manage the fields that are mapped from vendor APIs to Oomnitza. On one page, you can review the mapped fields for all custom and extended integrations.

You can use the Mapping view page to:

• Monitor sync keys. Track the keys that are used to sync with vendor APIs to prevent duplication and maintain data consistency.
• Monitor the status of integrations.
• Update mapped fields. Modify the mapping of integrations to adapt to changing requirements.

To access the Mapping view page, navigate to Configuration > Integrations and click Mapping view From the object list, select the type of integration.

The Mapping view page displays:

• Mapped fields
• Sync key fields
• Available mapping fields

The status of each integration is represented by different colors. For information on integration color codes see Understanding integration status values.

To exit the Mapping view page, select an option in the navigation bar, such as Block view .

To configure the mapping of an integration, click an integration tile.
