Connect Oomnitza and Atlassian in minutes
Create a configurable SaaS workflow to fetch SaaS user roles and last login activity, enabling you to identify accounts that are underutilized or that can be canceled.
Before you start
Before you create a SaaS user workflow, you should have already run your extended user integration and selected User plus SaaS User to populate the Atlassian software entry in the Software > SaaS menu. For further information, see Creating an extended integration for Atlassian users.
You must also ensure that you have the required fields (Atlassian Account ID, Atlassian Account Status, Atlassian Last Active, and Atlassian Application Name) mapped to Oomnitza.
Before you stream the Atlassian SaaS user data in your instance, complete the following steps:
- Create an Oomnitza API token and add the token to the vault
- Set the Oomnitza subdomain as a global variable.
