Create Oomnitza workflows that utilize Revivn integration points to fetch asset information and update assets, streamlining the automation of complex tasks and business processes. Surface key information in operational dashboards and create scheduled reports to share knowledge with your colleagues.
Before you start
Before you can create the integration with Oomnitza, you need to have added your Revivn credentials to Oomnitza. For further information, refer to Adding your Revivn credentials to Oomnitza.
We recommend that you also create an extended integration for Revivn assets. You can use the information retrieved in these integrations to trigger workflows.
Creating workflows
Create asset workflows
To create an asset workflow, you must complete these steps:
- Click Configuration > Workflows
- Click Add (+) and select Assets from the list.
- Drag and drop the API block onto the Sandbox.
- Click Edit on the API block and enter Revivn in the search field.
- Select a preset:
- Revivn Get Asset
- Revivn Update Asset
- To choose a preset, click the forward arrow (>).
- Select the credentials that you created previously.
- Click Advanced Mode.
- Ensure that the {{revivn_asset_id}} in the Information tab refers to a valid Oomnitza field.
- If you selected the Get Asset preset, enter Response fields in the Response tab and map to Oomnitza fields as per the example below.
- If you selected the Update Asset preset, enter JSON in the Body tab, according to the Revivn API Documentation.
- Edit the Begin Block and add rules to trigger the workflow. For example, if you set the Actions to New you can trigger a workflow every time a new asset is created. Refer to Using the Begin block.
- Connect the Blocks.
- Save, validate, and activate your workflow.
