You can use prompts to generate workflows that you can customize to meet your business needs.
The Workflow Agent, based on the prompts that you enter, reviews best practice workflows to find a best-fit match.
Best-practice workflows are workflow templates that were created by Oomnitza to complete common complex business processes such as onboarding and offboarding users, decommissioning assets, and so on.
If you want to automate less complex business processes such as updating records automatically when they are added or modified, check out Update block: Overview, or Creating workflows: Introduction, or search the Help Center.
To access the Workflow Agent, it must be enabled in your instance. Contact your Customer Success Representative.
