Adding request categories and status values

Administrators can define the category and status values they want in the request pages.

For example, you might want to group request offerings into hardware offerings, software offerings, and so on. Or, you might want to add additional status values

To add new categories or status values, complete these steps:

1. Navigate to Configuration > Request Catalog
2. Select Categories or Status from the list.
3. Click Add
4. Add new categories or status values.
