Review the actions and configuration options that are available for tabbed pages for objects. The settings that you can change depend on the tab page that you select.
Information page configuration
For some tabs, such as the Information tab, the following actions and configuration options are available:

In this example, Assigned To is selected as the title and Change Date is selected as the subtitle for the asset object. Determines which field values are shown for the object in block view and in list view when the record is selected.

Organize the displayed information into groups for easier access. For example, you can create general, purchasing, and audit information groups for asset records to group related data. |

Provides an external website link to display on the Information page of all records.

Tailor field settings based on user roles. This includes making fields mandatory, read-only, or hiding fields that don’t contain values. You can also add rules that specify when this behavior occurs. |

Tabbed page configuration
For some tabs such as tabs other than the Information tab, the following actions and configuration options are available.

Change the title and subtitle
In the sidebar, the title and subtitle determine which fields are shown for an object in block view and in list view when the record is selected.
Select the target role
If you have the appropriate permissions, you can change the tab settings for the role you select.
Copy screen builder tab settings from source to target roles.
Change the tab name.
Show or hide tab.
Delete tab. Restricted to the custom tabs that are added.
Displays only the fields that are set to visible.
Turn filters on and then select the fields that you want to use to filter information.
Hide or show fields.
Lock or unlock fields.
Drag and drop fields.
Move to the top, one line up, one line down, and move to the bottom.
