To easily find the records that are uploaded from vendor applications to Oomnitza, it is best practice to create a an integration user for each integration. This will make it easier for you to retrieve records for each SaaS application.
The role that you assign to an integration user must have the following permissions:
- Configuration write permissions. Available in the Configuration section on the Permissions tab for the role.
- Credentials write permissions. Available in the Configuration section on the Permissions tab for the role.
- Access permissions to Software SaaS and Users.

Procedure
You should complete this action before you create the integration with Oomnitza.
- Click People.
- Click Add.
- Enter the user name such as <name_of_the_integration@<email_address>.com.
- Enter a full name such as the name of the integration.
- Enter a first name.
- Enter a last name.
- Enter the email address.
- Select a role that has the appropriate permissions such as super administrator.
- Make any other changes.
- Save the record.
Result
When you create the integration, you can select the integration user that you created.
