Resolving warnings

Best practice is to resolve warning issues that are generated when you run the dependency checker during the archiving process. 

The dependency checker generated a warning message because the field that was being archived is used in a private search. You took a screen capture of the Warnings tab so that you can resolve the issue after you have archived the field.

You can either remove the referenced field from the saved search and save it or delete the saved search. In this scenario, you delete the saved search. 

Procedure

1. Click the object, such as People, where the private search was added.
2. Expand the saved search list, hover the mouse over the search, and click Delete .
