Review the actions that you can complete for normalization rules.

Actions available on all pages

Click the Actions menu and select an option.

Action	Description
Click Available workflows . Optional. Select a workflow from the list of available workflows. You can preview the workflow before you run it.	The workflows that were created and that can be run.
Click Screen builder .	To make the information more consumable, you can group information into sections and pick the fields that you want to add to each section.
Click Archive .	Archive the record.

Record navigation

Use the down arrow to go to the next record and use the up arrow to go to the previous record.

Tip
The actions that are available on the pages are in the upper-right corner of the page under the Get help icon.

Information page

Description

Click Workflow activity status

If no workflows are associated with the record, or if the workflows associated with the record have been completed, No active workflows is displayed when you hover the mouse over the status icon.

If one or more workflows were triggered for the record, but haven't been completed yet, a message is displayed when you hover the mouse over the status icon. The message informs you that one or more workflows are running that might change the information in the record.

Click Refresh

Refresh the information that is shown on the page.

Click Add .	Add records.
Click Link .	Add a link to a rule.
Select records to unlink .	Remove the link to a rule.
Click Export	Export records to a spreadsheet.
Click Run workflows .	Select one or more records.
Open documentation .	Access the documentation in the help center.
Click Refresh .	Refresh the information that is shown on the page.
