Logging into the app

Download and install Assets by Oomnitza.

• Download the Assets by Oomnitza app for Apple or Android.
• Click one of the following options to download Oomnitza Assets:
  • Apple
  • Android
• Enter the domain name or URL of your Oomnitza instance.  For example, if the address of your instance is my_company.oomnitza.com, you can enter my_company.oomnitza.com or my_company.
• Tap Continue.
• Sign into the app using your Oomnitza credentials or sign in with Single Sign-On if your administrator has enabled SSO as the sign-in option.

If you use an external scanner, check that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and that the scanner is paired with your mobile device. To switch to an external scanner, open your profile page and tap Scanning method or tap the mobile phone on the Home page.
