For issues that do not recur, you can resolve them manually.
You'll probably want to tackle the anomalies by priority - the most critical first. To do this, click the down arrow next to the Business Impact column heading. You can also refine the list of anomalies by creating a filter.
Important
If you click RESOLVE, this means that you don't want to see the anomaly in subsequent scans. For example, the field Assigned to has no value in the record, and you click RESOLVE. In a subsequent scan even if the record still does not contain a value for the Assigned to field, this anomaly won't be detected for this record and the record won't be listed in the open tab for anomalies because it was marked as resolved.
- Optional. Review the last scan timestamp. To refresh, click Run anomaly scan now

- Click the record. The record opens on a separate page.
- Resolve the issue.
- Save the record.
Result
The record is removed from the OPEN tab and added to the RESOLVED tab.
