Viewing financial data

Review the information provided to view the data that is retrieved when Oomnitza syncs with financial integrations.

Permissions

By default, users with the Super Administrator role can view financial data.

To allow other roles to view financial data, you can grant them read or write permissions to the following objects:

• Expenses
• Invoices and Invoice Line Items
• Purchase Orders and Purchase Order Line Items

Granting role permissions

Viewing records

1. Click Configuration.
2. Click Data Model > Objects.
3. Enter search criteria:
   1. To view expense records, type expenses.
   2. To view invoice records, type invoices.
   3. To view invoice line item records, type invoice line items.
   4. To view purchase order records, type purchase orders.
   5. To view purchase order line item records, type purchase order line items.
4. Click the number in the Total Records column.

Tip
To make it easier to access finance data, you can add the expenses, invoices, and purchase orders to the menu.
