Viewing financial data

Review the information provided to view the data that is retrieved when Oomnitza syncs with financial integrations.

The financial data is streamed into the following custom objects:

• Expense data. Summary data > Expenses custom object. Line item data > Expense Line Items custom object. 
• Invoice data. Summary data > Invoices custom object. Line item data > Invoice Line Items custom object.
• Purchase order data. Summary data > Purchase Orders custom object. Line item data > Purchase Order Line Items custom object.

Permissions

By default, users with the Super Administrator role can view financial data.

To allow other roles to view financial data, you can gran them read or write permissions to the following objects:

• Expenses
• Invoices
• Purchase Orders

Granting role permissions

Navigation

1. Click Configuration.
2. Click Data Model > Objects.
3. Enter search criteria.
4. Click the number in the Total Records column.

Tip
To make it easier to access finance data, you can add the expenses, invoices, and purchase orders to the menu.
